TERMS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSFER ORDERS
E-banking system is operative 24 hours a day, and your orders can be created and sent any time of the day. However if you wish to implement orders the same day we are obliged to inform you about the working hours of payment operations.
From Monday to Friday:
- external orders (receiver's accout is not with Komercijalna banka), whose amount is below 10.000 BAM which go through gyro clearing until 13:30 will be effected the same day
- external orders in the amount of 10.000 BAM and more, as well as all urgent orders (orders sent via RTGS) can be sent to the bank untill 15:00 and such orders shall be implemented same day
- internal orders (both accounts, ordering and receiving are with Komercijalna banka i.e. start with 571) can be sent to the bank until 17:00 hrs and shall be implemented the same day
Saturday:
- internal orders (both accounts, ordering and receiving are with Komercijalna banka i.e. start with 571) can be sent to the bank until 12:30 hrs and shall be implemented the same day
Sunday and state holidays:
- payment operations do not function.
It is implied that if the currency date is in future orders can be created and sent anytime in the day but you have to be careful not to have the currency date Saturday, Sunday or state holiday.
