DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR OPENING OF GYRO ACCOUNT

For legal entities:

  1. Decision on entry into the court register-verified copy
  2. Excerpt from the statistics office (registry number of company)- verified copy
  3. Certificate on registration with the tax office (JIB)- verified copy
  4. Verified signature in the municipality of persons entitled for representing (op form)
  5. Verified copy of the identity card of authorized person
  6. Request for account opening
  7. Signature specimen card
  8. Contract in two copies
  9. Balance statement and Balance sheet
  10. statement on non-existance of the account which have the measure of forbidden disposal with the assets

Private individuals, i.e. independent trade and artisan shops have no court registration and statistics burreau, only the decision from the municipality that they can perform independent activity and certificate on registration with the tax office.

All copied documents must be verified in the municipality that they are identical as original.

 

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR OPENING OF NON-RESIDENT ACCOUNT OF THE CLIENT

I. Documents submitted by the non-resident to the bank

  1. request for account opening
  2. verified copy of document on entry into the court register, i.e. register of pertinent institution- 2 pieces (one for the bank, one for the Tax administration of the RS)
  3. Verified copy of passport of authorized person - 2 pieces (one for the bank, one for the Tax administration of the RS)
  4. written authorization for person which is not legal representative and who will dispose with the assets (personal data and degree of authorization)
  5. verified copy of translation of documents under items 2,3 and 4 to one of the languages used in Bosnia and Herzegovina (for foreigners)- 2 pieces (one for the bank, one for the Tax administration of the RS)
  6. verified copy of certificate on registration with the Tax administration of the RS- 1
  7. verified signature of person authorized to represent in the municipality on op form-1

Remark: documents issued by the pertinent institution from abroad must be verified with the apostile.

II. Documents submitted by a non-resident to the Regional unit of the Tax administration with request for registration:

In order to obtain the document under item 5. Certificate on registration with the Tax Administration of the Republika Srpska non-resident must register in the registry in the regional unit of the Tax Administration to the head office of the bank in which the non resident shall open an account.
With the request for registration (form PZR-1) the client deliveres one copy of documents from items 2,3, and 4.
If the documents are submitted by the authorized person besides the above mentioned the following is necessary:

  1. signed and verified authorization to third person (1 piece) that the non-resident is being registered and taking over of registration certificate with the tax administration
  2. verified copy of identification document of the person which is given the authorization for procedure of registering with the tax administration of the RS (1 piece)

 

IN PERFORMANCE OF PAYMENT OPERATIONS WE PROVIDE YOU:

  • opening of one or more accounts in the bank branch of your choice
  • payment orders submitting at any bank counter
  • execution of orders in internal bank payments the same moment when the payment was done
  • execution of order in interbanking transfers upon approval of assets to the account of the bank in itnerbanking transfer
  • secrecy of account and assets of the acount
  • delivery of reports on changes of the account at bank counter

Reception and execution of order for gyro clearling lasts until 13 hrs the same day.
Reception and execution of the RTGS order is until 14:30 hrs the same day.
