- Entrepreneurs, small and medium companies, who are bank’s clients and have no other loan liabilities towards the bank and have not been blocked 15 working days in the previous 12 moths until the day of request.
Evaluation of credit risk and evaluation of project risk:
- Solvency and development aspects of the borrower
- Sales market
- Technical and technological aspects of the project
- Purchase market
- Project location
- Feasibility study and dynamics of construction
- Financial analysis (project costs, source of financing, income and costs)
- Market and financial evaluation of the project
- Analysis of sensibility of project to risks
Remark:
The bank withholds the right to request additional information and data.

Loan repayment period up to 12 months with 1% interest rate per month
EIR: up to 14.15%
For the clients with quick turnover:
- Obligatory revolving within 90 days or shorter if feasible
