MAXIMUM SECURITY- service of electronic banking of Komercijalna banka is maximally protected. For realisation of protection the modern methods of coding, digital signatures and digital certificates are being used. In use there are smart cards which have PKI certificate of the card owner and which in their chip perform digital signature of data.
CUTTING OF COSTS- services performed using electronic bank are cheaper than standard ones. Additional facility is simplified inclusion of user into the service if they are using Hal e-bank with other banks (principle one for all).
SAVING OF TIME- user has acces to their accounts without time limit and with free activity schedule. Decrease the need of coming to bank to do services which increases the efficiency of work and prevents possible inconvenience of waiting on the counter due to crowd and simmilar.
PRECONDITIONS FOR INCLUDING INTO E-BANK
Precondition to register to service of electronic banking is the open account in the bank. User gets familiar with general rules of work in electronic bank. He needs to have:
- personal computer of usual characteristics with installed Windows operative system
- modem for calling access to e-bank or access to service through the internet
- reader of smart cards and smart card (protection package), delivered by the bank.
Bank provides and instals program and protection package and provides training for user, instruction and help during the use of service.
