Srđan Šuput was born in Banja Luka in 1977. He graduated in 2000 at the Faculty of Economy in Novi Sad, Serbia.
He gets his first job in the Central bank of BH where he worked from 2001 to 2002 when he transfers to Banja Luka Stock Exchange and becomes an assistant director. His ambition and wish to try other kinds of business leads him to BLB fund, which at that time was the part of Nova banjalučka banka, where he was named as director of fund. At the same time he becomes a director of Main Branch Banja Luka NBB, which he successfully leads from 2004 to 2005. On the function of Executive director of business banking NBB he gets in 2005 and at the same time becomes the member of Management Board having only 27 years of age. A year and a half later he accepts the offer of Komercijalna banka a.d. Beograd and becomes the CEO of Komercijana banka a.d. Banja Luka.
He is married and father of two sons, Nikola and Miloš.

Đuro Beronja was born on 13.05.1956 in Bosanska Krupa. He graduated in 1980 at the Faculty of Economy in Belgrade, Serbia.
