Loans for Young and Young Married Couples
Komercijalna banka approves loans to young people and young couples under extremely favorable conditions. The loans are intended for purchase, refurbishment, additional construction, furnishing of a flat or a house
Loans are without guarantors, deposit or any kind of participation
Loan amount: according to applicant’s credit worthiness maximum 50.000,00 BAM
Repayment period: up to 25 years
Interest rate: 3,75 % p.a.
EIR: up to 5.29%
Users: young people and young married couples up to 35 years of age with residence on the territory of the Republika Srpska
Loan collateral:
- Administrative ban on user’s salary
- 2 promissory notes of the loan user
- Mortgage on the piece of real estate
- Insurance policy on the piece of real estate mortgaged endorsed in favor of the bank
- Processing fee is 1% of the requested loan amount
Necessary documents for the applicants:
- payment list for the last three months- verified by the company
- certificate on permanent employment
- ID copy verified by the municipality
- residence certificate
Necessary documents for the applicants employed by the private company:
- Decision on registration
- on paid taxes and contributions for the last three months- verified by the bank
- payment list for the last three months – verified by the company
- Certificate on permanent employment
- Receipt on real reception of income
- ID copy- verified by the court
- Residence certificate
